Presentation: in small groups

Material: colored wool – wood or plywood for the snake

Given a sturdy cardboard cut in the shape of a little serpent,  give the children 4-5 wool skeins of different colours. Arranging the skeins in a certain order, the child is invited to follow the code and wrap his/her snake with coloured wool.

Prepare small balls of yarn or skeins for each child in a basket or a box.
